Panic Attacks/Anxiety/ Fear

Panic, anxiety, and fear, even though they have a lot in common, are not the same thing. The feeling that your heart will pop up, that you have shortness of breath together with the thoughts that you will die or go mad are symptoms of panic attacks. Anxiety is a long-lasting feeling that something bad will happen in the near future. Fear is a sudden and strong sense of fright. Depression

Depression is characterized by a common sense of fatigue, feeling of hopelessness, sleeping problems, deep sadness, loss of a sense of life, and in some cases with suicidal thoughts. Complemented by physical exercise or walks in nature, it can elevate the sense of hope and happiness.


Anger 

You probably know this phrase "You make me angry". When small things provoke a strong sense of anger and are accompanied by shouting, screams or aggression, then it can be said that it is a problem. Anger occurs most often at home or at work. It affects the relationship, causes headache, may cause high blood pressure or even heart attack or stroke. Through CBT/REBT and coping skills training you can learn to control this feeling.


Weight Management

"I want to look good, but it's so difficult for me to stop bad habits," this is often the description from those who cannot find the will to overcome their habits. Being overweight causes many health problems, it often stigmatizes and prevents social communication. Weight management is not just a matter of diet and exercise, but mainly a psychological attitude. Through psychological training and detailed assessment of its causes as well as using resources of the personality, the necessary skills for better weight management could be learnt.


OCD

Obsessive compulsive disorder affects our everyday functioning and It is characterised by obsessive thoughts and feelings (obsessions) that something is not clean and it is accompanied by repetitive actions (compulsions) to correct it.CBT/REBT has shown good results in such conditions, and in chronic and complex cases the Schema Therapy significantly improves the quality of life.
