 What is Coaching or Coaching Psychology?

Coaching or Coaching psychology are forms of dialogical support that help individuals or groups to develop and improve various aspects on their life and work. Usually, it helps coachee to achieve certain goals which are assumed to have a positive effect on his well-being or get success. It is suitable for people who are mentally healthy and want to overcome certain challenges in their life. Therefor coaching is not psychotherapy or counseling. These forms of psychological help would benefit people who have safer with intensive or long term psychological problems or difficulties.

Coaching is working with person's potential, resources as well as her strengths for achieving the desired goals. It is future-oriented and helps coachee to solve practical or emotional problems on personal or professional level. 
For example, there are different personal characteristics which coaching is useful for improvements such as stress management, procrastination, life satisfaction, performance, self-esteem, perfectionism, problem solving, resilience or communication skills. There are different types of coaching such as Life Coaching, Leadership Coaching, business coaching, health coaching, etc. The choice of suitable form depends on whether it is related to a profession or is on purely personal level. Very often there are people who feel that they need someone to help them to make some changes in their lives, such as making a move from point "A" to point "B", but do not know what to do and to whom to turn to.
